Content on indusourcing.com is provided for informational purposes. Prices, lead times and market figures shown are indicative; final terms are confirmed in a written proposal before any engagement.
Sourcing Services
- Commission: flat 5% of order value. Orders above $200K qualify for reduced rates, agreed in writing per project. Minimum service fee: $300 per project.
- Consulting: $30/hour; 10-hour prepaid block $270; 50% of consulting fees are credited against your first supplier order.
- Travel & on-site: $150/day per factory visit; intercity transport and accommodation at cost with receipts.
- Legal services (contract drafting, review, dispute handling) are provided by an affiliated China legal practice and billed separately as legal fees.
Payments
Commission-based service fees follow supplier payment milestones agreed in your sourcing proposal. Consulting and travel services are invoiced before work begins. All payments receive a formal invoice.
Limitations
Indusourcing acts as a sourcing and inspection agent. While we verify suppliers and inspect goods, manufacturing is performed by independent factories. Warranty terms are those agreed in each purchase contract between buyer and supplier; we coordinate enforcement on your behalf.
