Explore categoryHow We Vet Machinery Suppliers
A polished website is not proof of manufacturing capability. Our five-layer process verifies the factory, the machine and the people behind both.
Business & Export License Verification
We match registration, ownership, legal representative and permitted business scope against government records.
ISO 9001 Systems Audit
Our auditors examine whether documented quality systems are actively followed on the factory floor.
Machine Specification Validation
Engineers cross-check output, tolerances, components, safety standards and utility requirements.
Past Export References
We verify comparable machines delivered to overseas markets and request customer evidence where available.
On-site Factory Inspection
We inspect facilities, equipment, personnel, assembly capacity and live production before approval.
Technical Questions, Clear Answers
The commercial terms matter. So do installation, uptime and what happens after delivery.
What is the typical MOQ for industrial machinery?
Most machinery orders start at one unit. For lower-value equipment, tooling or parts, factories may set a minimum order value rather than a unit MOQ. We negotiate this before presenting a supplier shortlist.
How long does production usually take?
Standard machines commonly require 30–60 days. Custom production lines and complex CNC systems can require 90–180 days after drawings and specifications are approved. Your project plan will show every technical and production milestone.
Can you arrange installation and operator training?
Yes. We can negotiate remote commissioning, English documentation, operator training, or dispatch of factory technicians. We also coordinate visas, travel, local contractors and acceptance testing where needed.
How do you handle machinery warranties?
We ensure warranty terms, covered components, response times and spare-parts obligations are written into the purchase agreement. If a claim occurs, our China team coordinates evidence, diagnosis, replacement parts and supplier follow-through.
Can you verify CE, UL or other certifications?
Yes. We validate certificate numbers and issuing bodies, review technical files, and confirm that the quoted machine configuration—not only a similar model—is covered by the relevant certification.
