Transparency

Indusourcing is a China-based industrial sourcing team built for buyers who need technical clarity, commercial transparency and someone accountable on the factory floor. We operate alongside an affiliated China legal practice — so payment security, supplier contracts and dispute handling follow legal-grade process, with legal services billed separately as legal fees.
“Buyers didn't need another directory. They needed someone who could read the drawing, challenge the factory and stay through delivery.”
Indusourcing began after years of seeing the same failure pattern: overseas buyers found a competitive quote, but had no reliable way to verify the supplier, translate technical intent, monitor production or resolve problems before shipment.
We built a different model—one that combines local supplier access with engineering discipline. Our team works inside China's industrial clusters, but our standards and incentives stay aligned with the buyer.
Three standards shape every supplier recommendation, inspection report and commercial decision.
Our rates are published. Factory quotes and service fees stay separate. We never hide supplier rebates or product markups.
We validate drawings, tolerances, materials, output and test criteria—then inspect against the approved specification.
Operating alongside an affiliated China legal practice, our payment and supplier structures follow legal-grade process. Legal services are quoted and billed separately by the lawyer.

A marketplace can introduce you to a seller. It cannot represent your interests inside the factory.
Bring us your specification, sourcing challenge or supplier concern. We'll tell you clearly how we can help.
