Can you source parts for a specific vehicle model?
Yes. Send the OEM number, VIN range, technical drawing or physical sample. We cross-reference vehicle applications and require suppliers to confirm fitment data before sampling.
What MOQs should we expect?
Aftermarket parts commonly start from 100–500 pieces per SKU, while custom cast or molded parts depend on tooling economics. EV systems and larger assemblies may start from one sample set before pilot production.
How do you validate EV component suppliers?
We review automotive quality systems, cell or component traceability, test capabilities, safety documentation and relevant export history. Project-specific validation can include teardown samples, lab testing and on-site process audits.
Can suppliers provide PPAP documentation?
Yes. We identify suppliers capable of the required PPAP level and coordinate control plans, process flow diagrams, PFMEA, dimensional reports, material certificates and approved samples.
How are warranty claims handled?
